Standard Shipping (Complimentary on orders over $89): 5–7 business days.

Standard Shipping (Orders under $89): Flat rate of $8 USD.

Express Shipping Upgrade: 2–3 business days for $15 USD.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Lorelite accessory. While we don’t offer cash refunds due to the nature of international shipping, we promise fair and flexible solutions so you can shop with complete confidence.
Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it with a brand-new piece at no additional cost.

Replacements are shipped free via standard delivery.

We’ll also cover the cost of returning the original item.
Change of Mind or Preference

Final Sale Items
Items purchased on discount, with coupons, or as part of a promotion are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds, unless damaged or incorrect.
Cancellations
While orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, if you think you made a mistake, please try to cancel your order immediately. Once your order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to cancel it — but you may still request a refund if your order qualifies under our Returns Policy.
