All Lorelite orders are currently shipped from Malaysia using FedEx as our preferred international carrier.
We work with trusted global logistics partners to ensure secure and reliable international delivery. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us to confirm shipping availability.
Delivery Options
Express Shipping
Free on orders over $150 USD
Flat rate $10 USD on orders under $150
Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days
All prices shown at checkout include taxes, duties, and import tariffs.
There are no additional fees upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
This policy applies to all orders within our supported shipping regions.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
- Return shipping will be covered by Lorelite
- Replacement items are shipped via standard delivery
Change of Mind
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Approved returns are issued as store credit or exchange only
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased on discount, with promotional codes, or during sales are final sale.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless received defective or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately.
Approved cancellations before shipment are refunded less a 10% processing and payment fee.
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Eligible returns may still apply under this policy.
